Some things you should know...

Who is Jesus?

Jesus is the risen Lord who rules over all creation and over every life that trusts him. He lived without sin, taught God’s truth and died to pay for our sins. And then Jesus rose again, proving his power over death. Because he is Lord, he deserves our complete trust, obedience, and loyalty. He leads and guides his people by the Holy Spirit. He will return one day to make all things right and to reign forever.

Saved from what?

Jesus saves us from sin, from the guilt and power sin has over our lives, and from the final separation from God. Through his death and resurrection he offers forgiveness and a changed life. Sin began when the first humans disobeyed God, and that original disobedience brought a fallen condition to all people, making us naturally inclined to turn away from God and in need of Jesus’ rescue and new life.

Who am I?

You are a person created by God on purpose and loved deeply; you were made to reflect God’s goodness but live in a world marred by sin, so you need rescue. When you trust Jesus, your sins are forgiven, you are given a new heart, and you become God’s child—chosen, accepted, and called to follow Jesus. This new identity changes how you live: you have hope for the future, a family of fellow believers, and a purpose to serve and grow more like Jesus each day.

Why does God care
about me?

God cares about you because He made you on purpose, knows you completely, and loves you like a good parent loves a child. He sees your hurts, forgives your mistakes, and wants what is best for your life now and forever - but you have to accept His offer. Because of Jesus, God offers rescue from sin, a new start, and a relationship so you are not alone. He invites you to trust Him, follow him, and grow into the person He created you to be.
